Fit For Purpose Audit

Fit For Purpose Audit

A personalised review of your health, fitness, habits and lifestyle that identifies what is holding you back, clarifies what you need to become capable of, and provides a clear, realistic direction for moving forward.

The Fit For Purpose Audit is a structured, in-depth review of your health, fitness, habits, beliefs and lifestyle.

Rather than beginning with a generic training plan, we first establish what you actually need your body and mind to be capable of, what has helped or hindered you in the past, and where your current approach is failing to fit the realities of your life.

Using the Fit For Purpose Method, we examine:

  • Your previous successes, setbacks and recurring patterns
  • The purpose your health and fitness need to serve
  • Your current physical, mental and lifestyle position
  • The habits, responsibilities and beliefs affecting your progress
  • The areas that should become your immediate priorities
  • The most realistic and effective route forward

You will leave with a clearer understanding of yourself, the problems that genuinely need solving, and a practical set of priorities for building lasting health, capability and control.

This is not a generic fitness assessment, body-transformation consultation or pre-written programme. It is a personalised diagnostic process designed to ensure that whatever you do next is appropriate for your life, your values and your purpose.

We will define what your health and fitness are actually for: the roles you fulfil, the meaning you value, the experiences you want, and the capabilities your life demands.

We will turn self-understanding into a clear sense of purpose with specific physical, behavioural and lifestyle requirements.

We will assess your current state of health, fitness, injuries, existing habits, responsibilities, environment, time and energy as they are now.

I will then integrate exercise science, nutrition, and behaviour psychology to identify close the gap between your present life and the life you intend to lead.

04

Get your priorities in order

You have finite time, energy, and attention. We will identify where you are spending your personal resource, align it with your sense of purpose, and then decide not just what must move up the list or off it, but the steps needed to achieve it.

05

Turn your priorities into a practical programme.

I will provide a full follow-up summary of everything we discover throughout your audit - your existing behaviours, your values, your identified purpose, the means to be fit for it, and your new system for prioritising your use of Personal Resource.

If you would like to benefit from my years of education, experience, and application in writing this plan for you, then consider the audit + programme package.

06

Execute with consistency

Build skills, technique and consistent action.

Self-directed

You follow the plan consistently while developing the skills and habits that make progress repeatable.

If you see that additional support would benefit you in this execution phase, then know that I coach lifting and running technique, and offer check-in sessions to provide support wherever expert input can save unnecessary trial and error to achieve greater results for the same (or less) relative effort.

07

Review, adapt, and integrate

Review progress and adapt your approach.

Fully Supported

We examine what is working, what is not, and whether the goal still serves your purpose.

We will interpret the evidence, your subjective experience, refine the plan, continue to anchor your training and habits to your defined Purpose, and develop the knowledge and understanding that makes staying Fit For Purpose your default state.

What you take away

Clear priorities and practical next steps for building health and fitness around your purpose.

What Actually Changes When You Plan Things Properly

What Can You Expect

Consistency That Actually Lasts

You stop the cycle of starting and stopping. Training becomes something you just do regularly - not something you "get back into".

A Routine That Fits Your Real Life

Your training works around your schedule, not against it. No more trying to force unrealistic plans into a busy life.

Clear Structure (No Guesswork)

You know exactly what to do, when to do it, and why it matters. No more overthinking or jumping between plans.

Progress You Can See And Feel

You build strength, fitness, and capability in a way that's measurable - and actually meaningful to your life.

Control Back Over Your Health

You feel like yourself again -capable, in control, and no longer drifting further away from where you should be.

Stop Wasting Time And Money On What Doesn't Work

Instead of repeating failed attempts, you build something that actually works - and keeps working.
