This is more than an 8-week course — it’s an investment in the next 20–30 years of how your body performs. You’ll learn to lift with proper technique, clear purpose, and full understanding of how to train safely and effectively for life.
The Fit For Purpose Method ensures everything is built around your goals, your priorities, and your lifestyle, not a generic programme. One-to-one, this level of mentorship would cost over £600. Here, you receive the same education and structure for just £200. The real risk isn’t the price of the course — it’s the long-term cost of never learning to lift properly.
Each group course will follow the Fit For Purpose method of finding your purpose, learning yourself, setting undeniable goals, and becoming educated, capable and confident in your training to achieve it.
At one third the cost of 121 mentorship, this is a high value 8-week group-training package including:
- Initial Fit For Purpose Method group consultation sesion (90min)
- History, current lifestyle, and future goal frameworking
- Homework task allocation and assessment
- Full-factor programme
- Six 90 minute coach-led, fully supervised, educational group sessions
- End programme group assessment and training programme review (90min)
