    Work 1:1 - Online Coaching

    Our most popular option: Work directly with Charlie to create lasting change that fits your life. Following your 90 minute consultation call, you'll have your homework and so will Charlie. As you progress over your 6-week programme block you will have weekly check-ins to ensure you're on target and so Charlie can answer any of your questions along the way.

  • Work 1:1 - In-Person Coaching

    A more dedicated approach: You'll meet Charlie at the office for your consultation, however, you will also undergo an additional body metric assessment including body fat, heart health, and other measures. Throughout your programme, you will regularly meet with Charlie either in the gym or in the office for guided support and feedback. You will then have a post-training block body and lifestyle assessment to compare results and ensure progress.

    Group coaching

    Our best-value offering: Join a community of like-minded people committed to a shared goal. You'll meet weekly with your group to work through the FFP Method's initial and homework tasks, with the opportunity to ask questions and share support with one another. You will follow a shared training plan as everyone prepares to accomplish the group goal, be it your first half marathon or first hybrid event! CGR group events also provide fundraising opportunity for Union Jab CIC.

    Retreats (coming soon)

    Our most bespoke and intensive offering: Immersive, experiential environments that bring the Method to life. CGR Cooke are currently renovating a beautiful medieval property in rural mid-west France to provide the opportunity to really live the Fit For Purpose Method, and change your life in the shortest timeframe possible. You will receive full body, lifestyle and fitness testing, consultation, homework support, training guidance and supervision, and do so with a group of like-minded people also looking for drastic change in their quality of life.
