This is a high-level health mentoring session designed to assess, structure, and fix what's actually holding your fitness back.
Over a structured 30min or 90min session we will cover:
- Full body composition analysis (in person only)
- Current health assessment
- Mental and physical training review
- Future target frame-working
- Homework task allocation
- Future targets framework
The outcome of all mentoring sessions will contribute to your Fit For Purpose Training Plan and personal progress portfolio.
